30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your purchase from smarthometests. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email service@smarthometests.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the Item: Pack items securely and include the RMA number
  4. Inspection: We inspect returned items within 3-5 business days
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)
  • We recommend using trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund Options

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Store credit (valid for 12 months)
  • Exchange for same product (if available)

Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us immediately at service@smarthometests.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange free return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
