Return Process
- Contact Us: Email service@smarthometests.com with your order number and reason for return
- Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Ship the Item: Pack items securely and include the RMA number
- Inspection: We inspect returned items within 3-5 business days
- Refund Processing: Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days

- Customer responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)
- We recommend using trackable shipping service
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Defective or Damaged Items
